Celebrate summer with your Morningside friends and neighbors! The Morningside Neighborhood Association welcomes everyone to two all-neighborhood events in Weber Park.
On Monday, July 13, from 5 to 7 PM, the MNA will host a Bastille Day Celebration with live accordion music, a costume contest, art projects, and field games with City of Edina Park & Rec staffers and Community Service officers. The MNA will serve lemonade and sweet treats, and Morningside’s own Oh Crepe! will offer food for purchase.
On Tuesday, August 4, from 6 to 8 PM, the MNA will host Morningside Neighborhood Night to Unite, an all-neighborhood block party, with a bike parade, cold treats, games, a talent contest (new this year!), and visits from Edina police and fire departments.
Both events are rain or shine.
ONGOING: Every month year-round, the MNA hosts Second Sunday Cribbage. The next gathering is Sunday, July 12, from 2 to 4 PM. All are welcome, to learn to play or show off their skills.
